Each of our wilderness retreats combines meditation practice with the adventure of being in the wilderness. Our mindfulness practice carries over from sitting meditation to affect everything we do: hiking, swimming, talking, sharing in council circle, silence and solitude.

Our wilderness retreats are pilgrimages to ourselves, sacred journeys to interconnectedness.

Natural bridge Our canyon routes take us through narrow redwalled canyons and under immense alcoves with hanging gardens. We'll discover waterfalls and secluded Anasazi petroglyphs. We will camp streamside, where breezes sigh through the willows and cottonwoods.

On our slickrock routes we wander through some of the most wild and beautiful slickrock country in the southwest. We'll hike and camp beneath majestic outcrops, take our water from still pools and rushing streams, watch eagles and stars. We'll experience the magical silence of the desert.
